Emotions Unseasoned is a collection of poems assembled by the author over time. The author believes that the reader can learn through encountering raw emotion; hence the name Emotions Unseasoned. This is a book for adults as well as teens—it is for anyone searching for something they can’t quite grasp. Perhaps if we could stop once a day, collect ourselves, gather our emotions, and examine each one of them, we could come to peace with ourselves and our surroundings.
